I really needed an all wheel drive vehicle capable of the tough winter weather I experience in Maine along with a safe comfortable driving vehicle that is adept at commuting the 8 1/2 hour drive between the two states. It was important to me to purchase a vehicle that was excellent in snow, safe for myself and my children, and perfectly suited to our outdoor lifestyle, with skiing, snowshoes, skates and bikes (and the weekly trip to the dump!). The Audi Q5 met all these requirements. My next step was finding the right price. I searched multiple dealers throughout NJ, CT, MA and ME. By far the price was the absolute BEST at Paul Miller. In addition, the service was exceptional. Because I was so far away, my saleswoman Pam Zabitz went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase entirely online. She negotiated with me, and was completely invested in my purchase. She actually took me seriously, unlike other dealers when you shop online, who won't fully negotiate with you if your not in the showroom. And this is important not only if you live far away, but if you are busy with life; kids, work, etc. I was updated on every step of the process and on delivery day everything went smoothly. I came in on a Saturday morning and the car was waiting for me with a perfect red bow (NO kidding!). I have driven the car back to Maine and it is amazing!! So comfortable, the interior climate control is really nice, the car feels solid on the highways (and the drive from NJ to ME takes you over some advanced highway driving); it has excellent acceleration when you need it, and I can't believe the gas mileage. I feel like the fuel efficiency exceeds what is advertised in the literature. AND, on my first day home with it (April 14th!!!??) we woke up to two inches of snow(Yikes make it stop!!!??) and I had the opportunity to drive in adverse conditions. It was amazing. You had full control of the vehicle, no fear of sliding into the ditch!! I am so happy I bought this car and even more excited to have received such a great deal at Paul MIller in Parsippany!! Purchase of new Audi A6 3.0T Supercharged From the moment I stepped into the showroom for the first time, I was very well impressed with the Paul Miller Audi operation. It was on a rainy Satu From the moment I stepped into the showroom for the first time, I was very well impressed with the Paul Miller Audi operation. It was on a rainy Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. The salesman I was looking for, Peter Wendell (highly recommended by a friend, Gary Stein), was not in and I spoke to his assistant, Michael Ruiz. Michael's explanations to my wife and myself of the car we were looking for, an Audi A6, were excellent. He helped us zero in on the color and options that we wanted. The following Monday I returned to see one of the cars readily available and I loved it. That day I met Peter who was very friendly and straightforward with me to the extent of exceeding all my expectations. I phoned him the following day and asked him to get the car I had seen mechanically prepped so that my wife and I could test drive it a couple of days later. When I phoned to make this request I told Peter that I had loved the car I had seen on Monday (Daytona Gray) and I was sure I would buy it. I closed the deal the following Monday (i.e., 9 days after my first visit). Throughout, Peter and Michael made the buying experience as pleasurable as such an experience can be!! I am sure this will not be the last time I will purchase a new car from Peter and I will refer my friends to me in the future. I wish Michael will soon make it to salesman himself. Delivery of the car was excellent. For more than one hour, Michael patiently explained all the controls and functions to us. Bravo for Paul Miller Audi!! More
