I had leased 4 new audis in the past from a different local dealer. I was never "thrilled" with the way we were treated, but I didn't know any better. My daughter recommended that we go to Paul Miller f local dealer. I was never "thrilled" with the way we were treated, but I didn't know any better. My daughter recommended that we go to Paul Miller for a price, after having received a very high one from our previous dealer. We did and met Don who treated us as though we had leased 4 cars from him in the past. He gave us our options, didn't play games like "I'll have to check with my manager" and then come down in price when the customer starts to walk out the door. The price we received was $35. a month less than the one for the lesser model at our old dealer! We have a new dealer and better yet, a new salesperson! Don went out of his way to take care of all our details, even though we came in late in the day. He cared about my specific needs for the car, as I care for grandchildren regularly. When I picked up the car, he sat with me and went over every detail. I learned all the things that I had never known how to use in my past audis. He offered to come to the house or talk me through settings over the phone or email me and told me to call him any time if I need help with the car. I am so pleased with every aspect of my purchase and know that I will be back to Don when this lease is up. Thank you. More

Got a recall for a part in my B7 A4 2.0. Mark helped me out and took care of it. Got my car back at the end of the day with the new part and a free car wash. Oh and I got a 2013 A4 as a loaner which was gr out and took care of it. Got my car back at the end of the day with the new part and a free car wash. My personal experience was that the dealership I visited in Westchester acted like they were doing me a favour, The Long Island Dealership was a tad condescending, and NYC, well , just look at other reviews about NYC. Paul Miller Audi from the first phone call made me feel comfortable & welcome. That is why I went with Paul Miller. Their service was by far the best, extremely courteous, highly professional, and made the buying experience for a single woman a highly supportive and hassle free. They blew the other dealerships away. I travelled to NJ, (I live in NY) and it was worth the effort I would recommend buying from Paul Miller Audi to anyone in the tri-state area. Paul Cheng, Eric Schiffman and Steve Beckerman all went above and beyond for me, even when I was a little fussy & difficult (ashamedly, my words, not theirs) after being put thru the wringer with the aforementioned dealerships. And did I mention the free Wifi, Keurig coffee, & muffins? I would definitely purchase from them again. More

I have purchased numerous cars over the years, and responsible for doing so for our Company, and I have never had such a good relationship with an Auto Dealer and their employees, as I have had with this one. They are fair in their approach, and responsive when you need them. I travel a lot on business, and have to work my car service into my schedule. Orlando has always found a way to accommodate my schedule and get my car in for its service. This is the second car I have acquired from Paul Miller, and it will surely not be the last. The quality, style, and price of a car is only a portion of the whole process in owning or leasing one; the people you work with during and after that decision is made is a huge reason to keep customers coming back More
