Let me explain, I originally had a deal agreed on & approved through a sales rep at Paul Miller BMW. When the delivery day arrived, I got a phone call fro Ray explaining my discount promised was off & that my lease will cost more! After going back and forth with Ray I've realized he did show on paper the correct discount I asked for, although he tried to recoup money by up-charging taxes for the lease!! I did my homework, confirm residual rates & money factor supplied by BMWFS - to then upsell taxes by $2,000 is outright fraud! I asked to confirm the tax rate used when calculated, no one wanted to show me their screen. I don't support dealerships that lie to their customer, manipulating into believing the deal they're getting is good. Keep your distance from Paul Miller BMW!! More

He kept in touch with me everyday, and when I explained what I wanted my payment to be each month, Mike in financing made sure I was accommodated He explained all about the financing and everything went very fast. I made a 9:30 appointment and we arrived a little early. Frank came right out and greeted us, went through the car, covered all questions, and made me feel like he really cared, and it wasn't about selling a car.
