When it came time for my first service, I decided to travel to Paul MIller BMW in Wayne, NJ. I left my house in Staten Island, NY at 6:30am and was back home by 10 am. The service was fast. Plus, I am a car nut. The car came back to me cleaner than when I brought it in and the car was clean when I brought it in for service. Very much worth the trip. Ken took me in right on time, had a loaner waiting for me and called me in the afternoon to let me know that my car was ready to the 1 year service. I can't say enough good things about Paul Miller BMW. I live out on Long Island, but refuse to have my car serviced at Bayside. I pay tolls and travel close to an hour to come here.
