Mario Castellanos not only made my family and I feel welcome and valued, he treated us with genuine respect. He has years of experience and a deep knowledge of Honda vehicles which made me confident with his responses to the many questions that I had. Apart from being super friendly, his customer service skills kept me confident in the purchase that I was making and he even called within a few hours after I left the dealership to check on how I was doing. Everyone who I encountered at the dealership was friendly and kind which made a potentially apprehensive experience something extremely enjoyable. My experience with Paul Miller Honda was great from the time I arrived until I left the dealership. They were both very friendly and professional and I did not feel pressured at any time. I had initally reached out to Paul Miller Honda for an e-quote on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 without NAV. They promptly emailed me with a quote and Alex followed up with a voicemail to touch base. I called her back a couple of time to ask some questions and she was very accomodating in answering my questions. I scheduled an appt for 7pm on a Monday for a test drive and for them to evaluate my trade-in. When I arrived for my appointment, Mark greeted me at the entrance and assign John Greenwald from Sales to assist me. Mark also offered me something to drink while I waited for John. Within a few minutes, Mark introduced me to John. John was great throughout the whole process. During my test drive, he explained all the features of the car and answered all of my questions. There was never any pressure from John to purchase or make a deal. He was very patient and willing to answer anything I asked. Even during our negotiation, John was very friendly, calm and patient. I feel he really worked with his management to make a good deal. My family & I are now owners of a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6. We will be picking it up later this week, as John had to locate a car with the color specs we requested. Overall, it was really good experience considering how stressful buying a car can be. I was very happy with my overall experience at Paul Miller Honda. Mario Castellanos was very helpful in finding an Accord with what we wanted in the car and for the price we wanted to pay. We were able to get the car the next day which was a plus. This is the second car that we bought from Mario in the past few months. Since we came back to the same dealership and asked to see Mario again, you can tell that we were very satisfied with everything that took place in buying both cars. Having been a service customer of this dealership for many years, I inquired about leasing a new Odyssey with the sales dept. I was introduced to Lou Gentile who was initially pleasant and professional many years, I inquired about leasing a new Odyssey with the sales dept. I was introduced to Lou Gentile who was initially pleasant and professional and told Lou that I would was interested in leasing a new car and trading in my existing 7 year old Odyssey. Everything moved very quickly and Lou offered what appeared to be a fair deal. I mentioned that I had some credit issues a few years ago and asked if it would be an issue. I also mentioned that I had excellent credit with Honda for the past 25+ years and that they had financed four cars for me and all leases/loans had been paid as agreed. I was then introduced to John, the finance manager and I reiterated what I had told Lou. He assured me that afternoon that I wouldn't have a problem as I was a loyal Honda customer and that if I didn't hear from him that night, I could assume that everything had been approved. We made arrangements for me to come in the next day to finalize all the papers and pick up the new Odyssey. Part of the arrangement was a $500 down payment which I gave with a check. When I asked Lou about returning the check if the deal did not go through, he said that he would just give it back. John never called that evening and the next morning I called him to confirm that everything was ok before I arrived. He again said not to worry and to come in. Ten minutes before I was due to arrive, I got a call from John who said that the lease was approved but he couldn't offer the same deal. In fact, he said the payments would be approx. $200 more each month adding $7,200 to the lease over 36 months! We talked on the phone about reevaluating the trade-in allowance to reduce the payments and encouraged me to come in to work something out. Shortly after I arrived, without any explanation about the trade-in or any offer to improve the offer, Lou returned to tell me that they'll send me a check in the mail which would take about 10 days. I was stunned and felt that I had just wasted my time going back in to be jerked around when they made no effort to honor the deal. John walked by and smugly said "sorry"! When I demanded my check back, they said it had already been deposited and I would have to wait for it to clear before they could refund my money, which was not the agreement. Their handling of this transaction was dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I provided all the info. that would need, in addition to being upfront about the credit issue. They dismissed my concerns and just jerked me around with empty assurances that they would be able to give me the agreed upon deal. As a result of this experience, I will no longer get my car serviced there and will take my business where it is appreciated. No loyal Honda customer for over 25 years should be treated so poorly! It may be time to try a Toyota! More

Mark was patient with the million questions I had and very informative. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and my budget. He got me the perfect Honda CRV and it was easy and very comfortable for such a big purchase. He took the time to show me all the aspects of the car. I feel he went above and beyond which is rare these days. As a bonus, he knew I loved the mints on his desk and when I picked up the car he had placed a bunch of them in the cup holders.
