It wasnt just that tou sold the csr oit from under me . No one bothered to readh out so i lost a day of work. And even when i reached out the rep was playing games and wouldnt gice a simple straight answer. And then as a response to all this was half hearted sorry and excuse. No serious attempt to make it right. You all need to do better and be more serious how you treat customers.
