I am watching my Honda through my room window and I like my car so much! I was looking for this Honda Civic Coupe (used but in good condition!) on Internet and found a few, and visited some dealerships arou my car so much! I was looking for this Honda Civic Coupe (used but in good condition!) on Internet and found a few, and visited some dealerships around with Carfax reports, but only in Paul Miller's I understood that I really want to buy my car there! From the very first moment I felt myself as a very important person here, people were friendly, and respectful, and I could see that even though all people were busy doing their job, it was calm working atmosphere without any hustle. Then we were introduced to our dealer: Lou Gentile, and I immediately got impression that he is the person you could trust. And this first impression was not wrong after all. Lou Gentile not only knows his work very well (not surprised, he is professional!) but also (and it was very important to me) helps you to make a right choice and makes the whole negotiation process a lot easier and even enjoyable. Of cause, I understand, that it's his job to make better deal for Paul Miller Honda (he works here!), but at the same time Lou takes care about his customers, gives them his advices and support, and it makes him the excellent diler you want work with! Finally, I want to add that Lou is very decent and nice person with wide interests, and it was pleasure to talk to him. And finally, they have a very good coffee! I recommend it! More
