I went through USAA buying service which gave me a fixed price for a specific car specification. This was truly a "no hassle" situation. Of all my years in buying new and used cars from other dealers, Paul Miller Honda, especially Lou Gentile, was the best experience and no pressure. Lou pointed out several used cars in the dealer's inventory and I visited the dealer that night. After test driving the 2010 Honda Civic, I decided to purchase this car. It is true what they said about Lou, he is very personable and does not applying any pressure, is very patience, knowledgable about Honda's cars and other subjects, and just a pleasure and rewarding experience to buy the car him. I made a fair and reasonable offer and it was accepted without any haggling. I purchased my Civic on the condition it passes mustard with my mechanic. I did not have time to take this car with Lou to my mechanic and Lou will be out of town a few days. While out of town, Lou arranged to have his associate, Buzz, take it to my mechanic. As expected, there were no issues and took to my home. From the moment I sent in my on line request for a vehicle, I was greeted with a prompt response that was very accurate. Following the e-mail I received a call the following morning to set up an appo vehicle, I was greeted with a prompt response that was very accurate. I was able to go to the dealership immediately and was greeted with a smile and met with in under 2 minutes by Mark Ciasullo. He was familiar with my e-mail request and we got started right away. Mark had a very organized process that didn't cause me to sit waiting at all. He was always asking me if I was ok with everything we had gone over and if I needed anything to be re-explained. Before moving forward with anything he always asked if I was ok with the decision. I had a family emergency in the middle of my purchase and Mark was very understanding that I was not able to make my second appointment, but willingly rescheduled for the next business day at my convenience. My second visit was my day to sign to look for the color/model I was looking for. That was on a Monday and by Friday afternoon I received a phone call saying I could pick my car up on Saturday. Saturday afternoon I was greeted quickly with a smile and the signing began! We revisited everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase at this point. Then I went in to meet with Dan Solares regarding the financing. He was wonderful as well! Very organized and explained every paper and we shared family stories that made me feel right at home in the dealership! After all the paperwork was signed, Mark took me to my new car! He then sat with me and went through a lot of the display settings and said at any time I could come back and he'd help me with any questions I had about the technology or car. Everyone at the dealership was kind. I had other salesmen congratulating me on my new car, making sure when Mark was off running my papers that I was ok and if I needed anything.
