These are all qualities which I feel are extremely important for a salesperson (and, really, anyone) to have. In addition, his attention to detail and dedication to what he does is quite evident - he knows the cars that he sells inside and out and never hesitates to ensure that the customer understands everything that is important about the vehicle! Perhaps most importantly, Kim is just a very good person. Buying/leasing a car can be a tough process and Kim acts more like a consultant than someone just trying to pressure you to buy a particular vehicle. His approach to sales and interpersonal skills are phenomenal. I couldn't imagine buying a car from anyone else. :) More

The best thing I liked about him was his straightforwardness in all aspects of the deal ( car price, history, appearance). The facts were not tweaked like other dealerships. For e.g. before test drive itself, Kim showed me a sheet containing carfax accident history of all cars I choose which helped me to narrow down my options. In few dealers I visited, I came to know of the same after I had test driven the car. They don't constantly bug you on phone or emails. I am still getting emails from other even though I have stated that I have already bought a car. Also, there are no hidden charges and not much bragging about the price. More
