And, there was a nice woman who called me to tell me my plates were in and when I hesitated on the day I could come in (she noticed I lived in South Jersey), she offered to have them fedexed to me, which I really appreciated! (I don't know her name either, sorry). I have leased from this dealership for many years and I keep coming back. They honor customer loyalty. We traveled from Rochester NY to do business with the fine staff at Paul Miller Honda. This was the only dealership that truly understood the concept of doing business via the internet. The Honda dealers in our area did not have the Honda we wanted in stock and were unable to obtain what we wanted from other dealers, so we found what we wanted on our own by using inventory feature on Honda dealer websites located in CT, NY, PA, and NJ. While several replied, Paul Miller Honda was the ONLY dealership that was prompt with their response and subsequent correspondence. They were patient with all the questions I had, particularly with an out of state purchase. When they didn't know the answer to a question, they admitted it and immediately sought the answer and provided a timely, correct response. I purchased the vehicle 16 days ago, but waited until today to write this review because today is the day I received my NYS registration via FedEx so the car is "official" in NYS. I was so worried about the payment of sales tax and the registration process with the NYS DMV, but I had NOTHING to worry about! This dealership knows what they are doing regarding sales to NYS customers. We negotiated this entire deal via email. We basically drove to the dealership, handed them a check, (we financed through our credit union), signed the papers, had a brief tutorial regarding the technology in the CR-V, and drove away in our new car roughly 2 1/2 hours after we arrived. Going to a car dealer for a new car has never been a pleasant experience for me. This was definitely not the case with my current purchase of a 2012 CRV. When we first entered the dealership of Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell we were greeted by one of the salesmen, namely Melvin Duran. Approximately 1 month ago on a Saturday I walked into Paul Miller Honda in search of a used car. Let me say that was a blessing, Jose was a pleasure to work with he is very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and most of all not a "pushy" salesperson. After showing me the first car he said that he has a car that recentlty came in and would be perfect, he was right. I started the paperwork and today I'm driving my Grey Honda Accord and I'm very happy with it.
