The only problem we had was on the trade in that was offered us . We used Kellys Blue Book and the Dealer uses Edmunds and there is a wide difference on the trade in value between the two companies. Of course Jose's boss who gives the trade in value used Edmunds however he was mistaken in that he quoted a price that was an error based on fair condition trade in value by about $200 so you have to do your homework to make sure you get the actual trade in value according to their (Paul Miller Honda Dealer)source which is Edmunds.com. That was the only disappointment since Kellys Blue Book's rates the trade in value in Fair condition at $1,800 so there is a difference of over $1,000 but then they won't use Edmunds anyway. More

there are many deals that are the "typical dealer" like persona that is a real turn off for most people. however, Isabel Acevedo came out as being more of a humanistic, personal, and someone w dealer" like persona that is a real turn off for most people. however, Isabel Acevedo came out as being more of a humanistic, personal, and someone who could be your nextdoor neighber or a friend. she didn't try to be this flashy crazy person like most dealers are. she was respectful and careing, something i would certainly not expect from a dealer. most dealers are untrustful, sneaky, scamming, and just overall unpleasent to be around, but not Isabel. she was amazing, i was very very impressed. i feel like i could open up to her about anything, trust her, and become friends with her. most people hate going to the dealers because they think that they are going to over pay or get scammed. my parents hate going to the dealers because of the typical dealer like mentality. though as soon as we entered the honda dealership, she gave a warm friendly smile and made me feel good and happy. i went to other places and all i got was an over energenic hand shake and a huge smile that looked like he was expecting to make a lot of money from me. though Isabel was gental, down to earth, and seem like she wanted to help me rather than take all of my money away. she worked with me and fought to help bring the price down to a level i could afford.
