My Honda Accord Lease was coming up. I received a brochure in the mail with a great deal that was being offered for lease trade-ins. I decided to talk to a sales person about it. The most important part in making a decision on leasing or buying a new car is the sales person. It felt as if I knew Lou for a long time . He was very kind , patient, friendly, hospitable, and understanding. But most of all that really makes him so special is that I receive a personal phone call every year to wish me a Happy Birthday. Would any sales person do that? I highly recommend you see Lou Gentile. I also had a pleasant experience afterwards with the Finance manager Carlos Robles. He explained and made sure you fully understood everything in detail about what you were signing. He also was very kind, friendly and patient. It is a privilege to write a review for Paul Miller Honda, and specifically for Lou Gentile. My wife and I drive Hondas, a 2008 Accord and a 2012 FIT respectively. First of all, they are great cars. As far as we are concerned, Honda is the only way to go. As far as Paul Miller Honda is concerned, they are the standard for sales and service. The English language does not have enough words to sing the praises of Lou Gentile.He should be running national seminars on how to be a successful automobile salesperson. Bottom line is that Lou cares, and Lou is a mentsch first class. We have recommended him to everybody who is in the market to purchase a car. The order is:Buy a Honda....Go to Paul Miller Honda....Speak to Lou Gentile. One final word about the service department...they are the best...courteous, efficient.=, honest. The reality is that since we drive Hondas we have not neede service beyond normal maintenance. However, every enounter with the service department has been a thoroughly positive experience. More

Great experience from beginning to end. I started my search from the Paul Miller web site and it was really easy to send them a message from it. I was contacted by Ashley and she was great. After a few search from the Paul Miller web site and it was really easy to send them a message from it. I was contacted by Ashley and she was great. After a few numbers were exchanged by email, Isabel was then able to help me thru everything I need to get the Accord I wanted. We kept in touch via text and email and when it was time to pick up the car, Isabel was great with the paperwork. It was a really easy doing so much in advance of the pickup. We were in need of a second car, but we were dreading having to go and "haggle" or worry about if we were getting the right price Paul Miller Honda. Frank made it easy and simple for us and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us options to help make the best decision for us. The best part is, we did not have to wait around and we were able to leave with our new car that day. After deciding on what car to buy, we went to see Carlos in financing (which is normally the worst part) however, he was great! We were in and out of there quickly and did not feel the pressure to add anything extra to the car or cost, he was very straight forward with us.
