Lou Gentile was our sales rep and he did a great job. I found the vehicle I was interested in on AutoTrader.com and called the dealership to see if it was still there. When I arrived I met Lou who was very friendly and also very professional. We took a test drive and I came back with my wife to buy the Honda Pilot which has been the perfect family vehicle for us. My only complaint is with the service department. When we came to pick up the vehicle it wasn't completely ready for us, it needed some final programming which a technician came out and performed. Then the vehicle developed a slight rattle which I diagnosed as a loose exhaust heat shield. All we needed was to have a bolt replaced with a larger washer to more securely hold the heat shield in place. When I asked the service department to replace the bolt and washer I was told that exhaust system heat shields are never repaired and I needed to pay for a new one which would cost several hundred dollars. I informed the service department we had just bought the vehicle and that it was a Honda Certified vehicle which comes with a bumper-to-bumper warranty. They then said the would repair the heat shield but would charge me for the parts and labor. I once again reminded them of the warranty and also told them all I needed was a new bolt and washer. I could replace it myself but I don't have access to a car lift. Finally the service department replaced the bolt and washer at no cost to me and the vehicle has been great ever since. Overall the sales department and the in-house admin staff all are great to deal with however the service department needs a little coaching. More

I have visited different dealership tryng to find a good and dependable car but it was not until i visited the Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell after my classmate refered me there that i finally found a great and dependable car that so far has given a great service!! I met with one of the sale's person Mr. Lou Gentile who was very helpful, considerate, understanding and very attentive to my needs as a student. He helped me look at different options that matched my financial budget and the quality of service i was expecting and through that, i was able to get a great used honda civic which has so far given me an awesome service!! I highly and with no reservation recommend the Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell and specifically I recommend Mr. Lou Gentile as a super great sale's person!! More
