Having worked with few other dealerships around the area prior to coming here, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my entire buying experience - Ashley was prompt to respond back (even on her day off) to all my queries and Frank patiently provided all the details we needed without getting pushy to make a quick deal. There were no gimmicks,no last moment surprises - we were clear on what we wanted and Frank was appreciative of our time to get us exactly that. He took the time explaining the car features and detailing it to our satisfaction before it left the place. We came back a happy camper. Keep up the good work, Frank! Having checked out the Paul Miller Honda, West Caldwell pre-owned sight and narrowing the selection down to three choices we made an appointment and headed to the dealership. Never having bought a used car before I was hesitant about committing to this sort of purchase. Upon arriving Jose Velasquez showed us our selections and allowed us to test drive each one. This guy KNOWS his stuff! He had CARFAX on hand and readily and thoroughly answered all our questions. He even had no qualms about pointing out any, although minor, scrathes on the vehicles--an incidental issue that all purchasers of used cars ought to expect, since what matters most is the vehicle's performance. His patience and our's paid off as we decided to make a purchase. Given that we arrived late, 5-ish and the dealership closes at 6PM we were nervous that we would have to wait until the following business day; however, he efficently got the paper work together and escorted us to the financing personnel. Three months later, we have had no problems with our Honda Pilot and are soooo happy that we made the buy. Thanks Jose!
