This was my second purchase of a 911 from Nick at Paul Miller. My first purchase was in '06 when I bought a 911 4S coupe. He kept in touch over the years and when I lost my car to Hurricane Sandy, I went back to him. He not only help guide me through my decision on whether to buy a used 911 or a new one. Once I test drove the new one, I decided to buy new and we spent a great deal of time on options and he offered his opinion and perspective, showed me pictures of options that you don't normally see in the showroom or on in stock cars - other customer cars. Once my purchase was made, he made sure I had time to verify that the options list was final and then he pushed the button to lock it into the order system. During the time of ordering to delivery, he would call and email me on status. Made me comfortable during the entire process. Anthony is the financial manager, since I chose to lease the car. He was very courteous and made sure that I was comfortable with every number on the lease agreement. He was upfront on the money factor and residual and how the calculations were made. We spent the time to go through everything. Paul Miller has a very good team. Go speak to Nick about a new or used Porsche. More
After reading the reviews of Paul Miller Porsche, I am amazed at the low ratings. I now know that the people that write these reviews are the complainers and people who have a grudge against you. The satisfied customers usually don't write any reviews. I want to rectify these wrongly placed reviews. Since 2009, when the prior sales manager, Reza left (what a horrible, demeaning person), I happily dealt with Nick and Paul, the new sales manager and bought 4 Porsches - 911, Cayennes and Panamera. I have a new 2013 911 Carerra S on order and delivery is due in late September or October. I have found that my dealings with the dealership is above board, honest, receptive and have not met any of the resentment that other people have mentioned. I am a professional, but usually appear at the dealership in a t-shirt, jeans and a sweat shirt. I do not appear that I am affluent and purchased all of my vehicles without any financing. There is no profiling at this dealership as I have seen and a victim of at other dealerships. I really hope that this long review does not turn too many people off, but I cannot let such inaccurate statements go unchallened. More

I did lots of research for a pre-owned 911. After checking with each and every Porsche dealer in the area I narrowed my search down to 3 dealers which I visited over a weekend. The worst experience was with New Country Porsche of Greenwich. I made an appointment for a test drive. However, when I arrived the dealer told me that the car I was looking for had been sold two days ago. He wanted to sell me some new cars instead... Anyway, the best experience I had was with Paul Miller Porsche. First time I called the dealer all sales reps were busy. I left my number and got a return call within 5 minutes. The guy was extremely friendly answered all my questions and we made an arrangement for a test drive. The dealer called me again the day before the appointment to confirm the arrangement. When I arrived, the guy was very friendly, had all the paperwork ready and the car was sitting upfront for our testdrive. He also showed me a couple of other cars that were within the same price range, pointed out the differences, pro and cons between the different models. We agreed on the price and arranged for pick up a week later. Again, the guy called the day before to confirm the arrangement. When I arrive, everything was ready. I had a couple of follow-up's after I bought the car (a rattle needed to be sorted, and I needed to get some additional paperwork). The dealer dealt with all after sales request promptly and friendly. Why would I recommend this dealer? By far the best customer service of all Porsche dealerships I dealt with (I dealt with at least 10 dealers in my search of a pre-owned 911). If you are looking for a car, please ask for Mr. Rajindra Ramrattansingh (Raj) at Paul Miller Porsche. More
Nancy went out of her way to find me a car that was suitable, they did a great job. Would highly recommend them. Raj also had very good technical knowledge. Regardless, maybe it's the scenario where happy customers don't post positive reviews only unhappy ones post their unfortunate experience. Well here is a positive experience coming your way. I first contact Paul Miller Porsche about a used 2008 911 Carrera S. I showed up with my 6 year old daugher and they took down my license information and off I went. I came back in to find another (more experienced) sales person to meet with me and discuss this car versus a new 2011 model. During this time, my daughter waiting in a nice waiting area where they offered her water, etc... I think when people go into this dealer that they should not expect a sales person to run over and bother you. They seem to have the allow customers to walk around and explore and wait for them approach them. As you can imagine, I'd expect a lot of people window shop at Porsche. So this approach makes sense. Anyway, I'm happy to give them a positive review and I dealth with Norman Mandell. He was fantastic and very knowledgable... and BTW, I traded in a 2008 Nissan Altima so no problems there either. Was in the market looking for a Porsche Cayenne and stopped Paul Miller. Showroom was empty; the receptionist was busy gossiping to 3 other staff people. I looked around and waited for 5-7 minutes befo stopped Paul Miller. Showroom was empty; the receptionist was busy gossiping to 3 other staff people. I looked around and waited for 5-7 minutes before requesting the receptionist for help and asked if they had any new Cayenne or Cayenne S on the floor or even a Certified Pre-owned. She shouted across to what seemed like the only Sales guy sitting and playing on his computer. The sales guy just looked up and said No. Didn't make an effort at all to stand up, greet us, or ask what we wanted or how he could help or perhaps help order one ??? I asked "How come you don't have any Cayenne's (except for GTS) on the floor ?" to which he replied rudely "I don't really understand your question, Sir. The Cayenne and 'S' are hot selling cars !" Frankly - I didn't understand 'his' answer. Yeah - they sell fast - but doesn't somebody need to do the selling ? Or do they just roll themselves into customer's homes ? I was just taken aback with the unprofessional and rude attitude and just walked out of there. More

I did my research, gave as much information on-line prior and even followed up with a call the morning of going to dealership. Seems all good until I went in and every reps eyes rolled from the door. when i walked to the person with whom i spoke with on phone there seemed to be a little ackward tension from him. After giving my name & mentioning my reason for being there again Jose fiddled around on computer then i was told about a 2009 Range rover that someone from the dealership was currently driving and "it was the only one that Mr Loidi could sell me today" Now remember i mentioned I researched this brand vehicle on line and web showed many late models available so why was i being told this lie. I never was shown any vehicles in fact i never left the chair. Jose says brb then drives around with the showroom/demo model and tells me he's going to practically give it to me, so we went for a 5 min. test drive. Well I had already had numbers in my head on what i can & can't afford but he insisted on going back and forth to some manager for a lower price for at least an hour and a half not only wasting my time but insulting my intelligence. I then mentioned to him that it was not my 1st time there as i had dealt with this racist dealership in the past. Needless to say the deal never happened blames it on Chase but not the case as there are other banks that would have gladly taken my money. But this is just 1 of many games they play with Blacks and minorities. Mean while their wives and mistresses are driving current model year vehicles and blacks are sold their left overs for full price. Horrible reps and company in whole and should be put out of business for their unfair business practices. The person I brought with me was under cover and we got them red handed. further proof recorded entirely from hidden dash cam you should hear comments from person doing so called vehicle appraisal, i think they grabed gomez from service dept, said just move your lips and smile and i will tell them no trade. After he asked us to follow him outside he did not even have the courtesy to hold the door open. This dealership is closest to us but would not consider purchasing from them unless the manager deals with us. More
I spent an hour and half with my sales person, he was a pro. I then had the Unfortunate opportunity to meet the Manager REZA.
