The moment you walk in, instead of being welcomed, sales folks crack poor jokes at you. The price shown online with taxes and doc fees is way way lower than what you end up seeing at showrooom. I laughed out at the half witted logic of sales manager about the ridiculous add-on’s which increased price by 5k. Also his adamant stance that their practice to always add 5k worth add-on’s was a good joke to remember on my way back home. Also nowhere is the online trade-in estimate close to actually what they offer. Arrogant sales manager and his callous attitude is to be best left alone and their little bubble of bad customer handling, horrible sales practices. Waste of 1.5 hr drive one way. I got a great deal from another dealer. Yes I paid only base price+tax+reasonable doc fee. Also got a reasonable price for my trade in(close to KBB). So while you are in there don't let these guys fool you that it is industry norm to cross sell add-on’s and low ball trade-in’s. Walk out and spare yourself the worst deal you might have walked into. I really don’t care for cookie cutter response from Paul Miller management apologizing and being asked to call them back, heck why would I waste my time again. If they care, let them call to apologize. More
