Best help in a bad situation. When my water pump seized & left me 25 miles from work, Caldwell Toyota was the closest dealer. I've never had any dealings with them before. When AAA When my water pump seized & left me 25 miles from work, Caldwell Toyota was the closest dealer. I've never had any dealings with them before. When AAA pulled into their lot I was greeted with a big smile by Mr Roberts (at 6:40 AM ) who immediately addressed the task. Within 15 minutes, he had me in a loaner & off to work. Within 2 hours the service department had the estimate ready, Mr. Roberts contacted me with the news & came through having the car ready for pick up after work. I've had service at other dealers who always had to, order the part or couldn't get the repair done in a timely fashion. I've returned to them several times now for service & repairs & have had a pleasant, timely & affordable repair. Thanks Thurman, you are the reason I will continue to return. More

I couldn't find anything to complain about I took my '11 Camry in at the end of the lease to see what it might cost to turn it in and lease another car and walked out with a nicer, new car, pay I took my '11 Camry in at the end of the lease to see what it might cost to turn it in and lease another car and walked out with a nicer, new car, paying nothing up front and $45 less a month than I had been paying on my old car. Everyone was fair, no nonsense, friendly and clear in explaining the financials. What's not to like? More

The auto I wanted was not in stock but was delivered to the dealer within two days and it was just as I wanted, nothing more or less. We went back and forth regarding the price and the final outcome was satisfactory to all concerned. Great experience at Caldwell Toyota! I originally went to Toyota Universe to test drive about a month ago and received at least a phone call a day asking to come back. I made an appointment with them wit to Toyota Universe to test drive about a month ago and received at least a phone call a day asking to come back. I made an appointment with them with the promise of my desired car being there. When I went to get it it was not there and they tried to sell me a different car. Went right to Caldwell Toyota and they couldn't have been better. I explained that I already knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Kenny found my car right away and my offer was accepted. No gimmicks or scams whatsoever. Everything was explained to me and Kenny sat in the car with me, answered all of my questions, and set up my bluetooth. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Caldwell Toyota. More
