I stopped by Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell, NJ to test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was know test drive a 2023 RAV4. The car drove nicely and the staff at the dealership were very helpful. The saleswoman(Kelly) who I was dealing with was knowledgeable and kind. I Kelly came to my home the next day in order to bring me back to the dealership to complete the delivery. It was a no pressure deal. I was able to get the RAV4 at MSRP. I felt this was a good deal considering the new car pricing environment. I’ll be back in 39 months to get another vehicle from Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell NJ. Thank you. More
Very rude service department. Complete disregard for the customer. I had an appointment there for a car service on Sat Dec 3rd. Flately denied service once I reached there. I had a hitch installed. They gave me a price on the phone. I told them I had a 15% off coupon and was told bring it in when you drop the car. I did and was told it would be applied after the job was done. When the job was done they refused to honor the coupon costing me $150. Coupon stated "For parts and service only." The guy on the phone insisted this was an "accessory" and was already discounted - which after checking the Toyota website I can see is a lie as the parts were sold to me at full price. They also went with the bottom line of the coupon - "Other restrictions may apply." Well - they had two opportunities to tell me they wouldn't honor my coupon before the job was done. They didn't on each and in fact told me it would be applied when I checked out. Trust these people at your own risk. More

I first dealt with a combination of Jaime and Cathy from internet sales. Both were efficient, knowledgable and quite nice, and did the fair dealing for the regular sales staff. I had some e communication with a sales manager and agreed to show up to purchase the ‘22 Corolla SE. When I got there I met Krzysztof ( Kris) who was the official salesman(?). There were several very nice men who made us feel comfortable (conversation, coffee, water) until Krz got going. He looked through reams of paperwork that I brought with me, and solved several sticky problems until he passed me off to cool Frank in financing. A major nerd, but exactly the kind of guy my sweetie and I appreciate. All were straightforward and seemingly honest. No trickery, fast talk or other car sales cliches. I understood everything. We were taken to the car with Justin, a fine man, who taught this 70 year old the intricacies of working a new car. My last car is a 2010. The electronics are daunting. He made all the new stuff make sense, answered many naïve questions from me, and didn’t make me feel stupid. A keeper. All said and done, a pleasant experience in a car dealership! Surprise! If you would rather have a Honda, they have a dealership across the street. More
