We negotiated the lease with Michael while we were still living in Florida. He arranged to have the car ready upon our arrival in New Jersey, where we spend the summer months, and to have the car registered in Florida. We turned in the 2010 lease car at a Florida dealership before coming north. We could have taken a new lease in Florida. However, we waited to lease in New Jersey because of the positive experience we had with Mike when we took the 2010 lease at Bernardsville VW. Questionable Business Practices 15 years a VW customer, I found this dealership the most uncooperative with a monumental lack of customer loyalty. Be very careful. Write everything down, because they due have a practice of denying any claims. Car options claimed on the CC Executive I leased were never installed or available on this car. True, buyer beware, but with 15 years of history I expected more, and with all the options claimed I would have to spend 5 hours at the dealership going over them all. Mr. Miller ( Paul Millers son ) gave me lots of lip service, but no resolution to my problems. With 200 miles on the car, I asked to please take the car back for my total refund, and was told they were not the company that hold the lease agreement, so they could do nothing about it. The car itself is a great car, BUT, go to another dealership. More

I recently a bought a CPO 2011 VW GTI. Jeff Brandon was upfront and open about the price of my trade in and the car which i was buying. Mis-sold the car, dealer used paperwork to hide the fact that a car that came with no options, had in fact had an option that could not be de-selected actually deselected by the dealer (Of note VW still adv that a car that came with no options, had in fact had an option that could not be de-selected actually deselected by the dealer (Of note VW still advertising a car online that is NEVER fitted with the spec). Let's put it this way - buy a car from paul miller vw and count the wheels before driving off, as far as they are concerned if it only has three then it's your fault not theirs. Also turned up to collect the car and the dealer refused to hand over the keys, saying my wife needed to sign for the car (Untrue and the second time I turned up she did not have to), despite calling twice to let the dealer know I was coming alone, and having already paid for the car. Therefore illegally withheld the car keys. Don't be fooled by the smiles. The laugh being WE BOUGHT THIS CAR ONLINE - all they had to do was hand over the keys. Shake hands with them by all means, but check how many fingers you have afterwards. Bad use of Paul Millers name. More
My wife and I visited this dealership on 3/2/2013. We are in the market for a new car and considering Passat. We waited in the showroom for about 5 minutes. There was no receptionist around and none of the in the market for a new car and considering Passat. We waited in the showroom for about 5 minutes. There was no receptionist around and none of the sales folks asked if we needed help. I could have understood if they were busy but there was one other customer when we got there. I am not sure why but the sale folks seem to be unhelpful to say the least. More
