DiAnn was very helpful and communicated with me prior to any work being done and explained the work to be done and what my options were. This time My Honda Van was acting out and as I told Jim the service manager it was "POSESSED by the DEVIL" This was Friday evening when most places are trying to push ya out the door. They ,the Service Department,were all helpful and even got me a ride to the rental car place in time for me to have Wheels during the weekend. I got an first impression of what was going on from the technician and he told me about how long it would take. Long and Short of it? My van was broke and they could fix it. I just wasn't sure that I wanted to keep that Honda. So the use car guys gave me an incredible trade in and Helped me find a Awesome certified vehicle. Don the sales person the manager on the floor and the service manager were all there til near closing to help me get into my HONDA Car new to me.
