I continue to have the best experience with the Paul Moak Subaru Service Department. I worked with Brian my last visit, and he thoroughly explained exactly what work was needed. He kept me updated throughout Subaru Service Department. I worked with Brian my last visit, and he thoroughly explained exactly what work was needed. He kept me updated throughout the process and then summarized it all again at the end. The technician located a needed repair and they were able to complete it while my standard maintenance was done.
