Ripoff at best. The unit was painted had leaks, the driver s The unit was spot painted . Was never discussed with me. Later was told lot was "a touch up"Has leak on the driver side. A day after delivery I spotted wet front carpet.wiper not functioning at normal cycle.having said all this, I firmly believe the unit was never checked for problems / repaid/inspection and certification by the used car mgr.My experience based on my doing business with you:Very disappointing and now I have to spend more money to fix what your co could have done to show consumers their quality control within the used car dept. Best buying experience The car buying experience is probably one of the things I've dreaded the most over the years. Salesman always seen to be pressure driven by sales goal The car buying experience is probably one of the things I've dreaded the most over the years. Salesman always seen to be pressure driven by sales goals and getting the best commission and bonuses. NOT at William Mizell Ford! From the sales manager, Gary, to the finance guy Jordan and the salesman Troy, Mizell Ford was the best experience I've ever had buying new vehicles. Very personable and they truly listen to what your needs and wants are. We left with two new vehicles and will never go anywhere else!! Amazing experience I came in after having a horrible experience at another Ford dealer, and only came to William Mizell due to the recommendation of a few of my co-worke I came in after having a horrible experience at another Ford dealer, and only came to William Mizell due to the recommendation of a few of my co-workers, who actually called William Mizell to let them know I was coming. I mostly dealt with Sammy Anderson and had a little bit of interaction with Ken Thomas. When I arrived it was like they rolled out the red carpet for me, Sammy was waiting for me when I got there and had already started looking at all the available Focus' similar to what he was told I wanted. Within a few minutes Sammy and Ken had found the car I wanted and arranged for delivery of the car the next week. They were very forth right and honest about the price (actually matching the trade in value I was offered by another dealer and under cut the price by about $1000), kept me up-to-date with where the car was (had to be delivered from another dealer) and treated me with the upmost amount of respect. The experience I had at Mizell Ford saved my first new car buying experience and made it into a positive memory for me. As long as Mr. Mizell hires employees who are as amazing as Sammy and Ken are I am only going to be buying from Mizell Ford! More

Maybe the best truck buying experience I have ever had Found truck online and contacted them also online. Immediately received a video from Al Alvarado to get me started with all the information I wanted. Found truck online and contacted them also online. Everyone there aknoledged us and said hello. I really enjoyed the process of buying this vehicle. I never write reviews but this experience was so good I felt I should.
