Ross Munro recommended I get an issue diagnosed and serviced so I brought my vehicle in this week. I trusted that the problem would be solved in a timely and professional manner. I am happy to report it exceeded my expectations. Since this would take a few days I had the opportunity to meet Alexis Pope, the rental manager. She handled my loaner experience in a patient, polite, and respectful manner even while her office was extremely busy. She communicated throughout with me in a way that solidified my relationship with OCWelch. Alexis Pope is certainly a jewel in the public relations crown for this company. All in all, a positive experience because of great professional employees.

I do not like the games of salesmen, managers and dealerships. My salesman, Austin was great. No xx car sales tactics or statements to move his agenda forward. He made the process welcoming. The manager was proper, too. No xx stalls and gave me straight forward answers. The dealership seemed to have it together as their service department dealt with the salesman requests in a timely manner, this is not always the case..

I want to make this as concise as possible; I would not buy a car at this dealership. You will not get the best deal, and they are deceptive. While the staff try their best it is painfully obvious that Gerald Jones Ford is all about the money and the finance person, Kirt Dolittle and the sales manager Martelli that calls himself a man of GOD when you call him out on his of deceptive practices. I agreed to Co-sign for my granddaughter. Two days later I find out that I am not the Co-buyer but the primary on the loan. Why would they not be upfront about this, for one thing they did not want to lose that cut of the pie. See when a dealership gets you a loan, they make half or more percent of the total Interest Paid. If they had told me that I was going to be the primary I would have gone to my bank. I would have then got 5% loan and not a 6.5 or so loan. That is around $800.00, it does not sound like much but for a college student going to school full time and working part time it is a lot of money. If I could do it all over, I probably would have gotten the Jetta at CarMax and not these lying cheating group of people. Martelli keeps saying it is the same thing, and yes, he is right, but it is the principle of not saying it. It seems management hides things to maximize profit. Gerald Jones is not the worst dealership out there by any means but with so many options I would look elsewhere. I will contact the State Attorney General Office, and I will file deceptive practices claim. It is insane that dealerships think they can get away with this today.

A few days later the service manager called and took charge of getting my 1999 F150 diagnosed and repaired. Between the service tech, the mechanic and the service manager, service continued to ben5 star. GOOD JOB Guys!

they charged $1500 to my 80 year old mother to fix gear shift in 2013 ford edge. she made it home and it locked up in park for good.i added an oil change and checked and no oil change but she got charged.they ran a full tank of gas out.these people are crooks and the will get there.you will get robbed here.this rater made me give this business one star

Honest, tell it like it is service. Never had a problem with them over 30 years buying from them and doing all my service work. You just can't beat a small town dealer and there honest sales approach and not pestering you to no end for "paint protection and documentation fees".

Summary would be that the service dept. doesn't know how to work on cars or keep from damaging them while they are working on them. FRAUD would be the first word to come to mind. Don't take your vehicle there, you would really regret it.
