I drove out to look at a used car. Sammy was the best! He showed me the car, but he didn't rush me or bombard me with questions and details. He matched my pace. I bought and signed papers on a 13 Explorer Thursday at lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. Friday at lunch I received a phone call saying I would not receive the vehicle I bought. Was lunch that was to be brought in from another dealership. They charged me the same price as negotiated on Thursday and wanted me to pay extra for the options that did not come with vehicle. The salesman I dealt with was great, but obviously his hands were tied with ownership/management. I don't think it was right to sell me the vehicle with less options for the same price as the one I originally bought. More
