Everyone was very kind and gracious starting on Wednesday when we came in and began the process backwards--seeing if we would be able to receive credit. Then if that worked o.k. Well Friday the shopping day came--received financing and went for drive tests. First I tried the Escape but I still felt like I was riding on the asphalt. So I went to the Explorer and once I accidentally hit the button thinking I was working on the steering column but no the gas pedals and brake pedals came up to my level and I didn't have to sit on top of the steering wheel that was what made my decision, Keep up the good work.
