I would like to state my review is about trying to do an internet purchase. I have not been to the actual dealership, so I can not comment on that aspect. I have been looking at a car they have had for internet purchase. I have not been to the actual dealership, so I can not comment on that aspect. I have been looking at a car they have had for 2 months. I made them a fair offer then, but they rejected it. Every week I watched the price come down until it got to the price I offered them back then. I have been in contact with, what is apparently a new sales rep with no actual experience in doing internet sales. I contacted them Monday and the car was still available so I put in a credit app. She told me the manager said I was good to go on the end. I had always inquired about the car have both fobs because all Ford CPO cars are supposed to come with both, this is per FORD! They told me it only had one and I would have to buy the other one. Ok, I guess I will take that up with Ford after the purchase. I contacted my salesperson numerous times via email and text to see what was happening as I have not heard back after that last communication the loan. Several emails to her went unanswered. One text was answered and was told she was busy and would get back to me. I sent an email to the dealerships general email box to have a manager contact me. NOTHING! This dealership (and the sales rep) has terrible followup and follow through. The sales rep has no business handling internet sales request and it appears management is not much better. If you are looking to buy on the internet, I would recommend that you stay far away from this dealership. I have purchased over 10 cars on the internet over the last 25 years and this Paul Thigpen Ford has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It is 2 days later and I still have not heard from anyone at the dealership after numerous attempts to get someone to contact me. More

Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was super helpful and went out of their way to make our deal happen. Taylor started out with us on the phone and pretty much had the deal done before we came helpful and went out of their way to make our deal happen. Taylor started out with us on the phone and pretty much had the deal done before we came into the dealership with our trade. She was with another customer when we got to the dealership so TJ took over and everything continued to go just as smooth. While in Georgia we will highly recommend this dealership and Taylor and TJ specifically. More

Best car buying experience! !! It’s almost 3.5 hours from where I live, but I’m a customer for life. Taylor was amazing. It was like buying a car from a good friend. She was p !! It’s almost 3.5 hours from where I live, but I’m a customer for life. Taylor was amazing. It was like buying a car from a good friend. She was professional and personable in the best blend. She remained in constant contact and made sure I was aware of every step. I was very anxious about driving so far to purchase a car, but it was such a pleasant experience I would hands down do it again in a heartbeat! The entire environment was laid back and happy. Not only was my vehicle pulled right to the front and ready to go, but everyone made a point to offer congratulations on our new car. The vehicle, documentation, and pricing were exactly as we had discussed. Such a vibe! My daughter is on the spectrum, not only was this far out of her comfort zone in terms of surroundings but people. Taylor did not even bat an eye to accommodate me checking in with her and allowing her to have her space. The process from start to finish was relatively smooth and quick. 10 out of 10 recommend. If you are debating on purchasing a vehicle here, don’t hesitate and ask for Taylor, you’ll won’t be disappointed More

I have mixed feelings about my purchase experience. Taylor (the salesperson) was very friendly and down to Earth. She made sure that I got connected to the Ford app and told me about the points given w Taylor (the salesperson) was very friendly and down to Earth. She made sure that I got connected to the Ford app and told me about the points given when purchasing a new Ford. The vehicle I purchased had to come from Paul Thigpen's other dealership. However, she did not share with me or show me all the features the Bronco has. I guess I will learn using the manual in the vehicle. After filling out the credit application, the other managers took over the buying process. They let me use a loaner vehicle until my new truck was ready. As an incentive, I was also given a 75-inch TV which I put my name on because it would not fit in the loaner vehicle. When the new Bronco got there, Taylor called me and showed me a picture. I went up there in my truck so I could pick up my T.V. and to get a personal view of my new Bronco. The picture I saw online was different than the Bronco that arrived. It did not come with side rails or the tires I wanted. I was wondering if the one I saw online should have been the one they gave me. They tried to brush it of saying it was a stock photo. I thought something wasn't right. Shouldn't the quoted price of the vehicle be the one I saw on their website? So, Mr. Roberson (the finance manager) said that he would order the tires and I would have to pay extra for the tires. He took me to a tire shop to get a quote on the set of new tires I wanted to add to my vehicle. The service shop matched the price which was great! However, the service department found them at a cheaper price and did not tell me. Not until I saw the receipt did, I see that the price they got them for $200.00 less. Why wouldn't the dealership want me to have the best price? Why would they take my money and do what they wanted? The receipt was also adjusted to the price I was quoted instead of giving me the best price as a new customer buying a brand-new vehicle. Also, when they brought my T.V. to my truck it wasn't the one I put my name on. That rubbed me the wrong way. They brushed it off like it didn't matter. I just don't feel that when doing business, a manager should give away your property to make another customer happy. Why wouldn't they go out and buy the new customer a T.V.? I felt that since I was already processed (meaning finance approved) for a vehicle, I was no longer a priority. They did buy me a T.V. the same size but different brand. I fussed a little but then let it go; however I just don't feel that's the way to do business. Another experience I had was with getting my paperwork printed and given to me in a timely manner. I had suspected that after I signed my paperwork, I would get a copy of it immediately. I had to wait until the next day to get it. It was a lot of back and forth driving to Waynesboro which took up a lot of my time. I wasn't asked if I wanted to be financed using Ford Credit or Capital One. My credit is very good, and I wished they would've asked me first because I wanted to get the features of using Ford Credit. I was also made to get the Ford Package that was $7000.00. Since I traded in a vehicle, I was expecting to see a difference in the price go down. However, I was not told by the dealership that the vehicle comes with a 3-year bumper to bumper warranty, and I could have added the Ford package at a later date which would have saved me over $500 dollars in finance charges by including it in the purchase price. The only reason I would go back there is they have used vehicles for cheap. My mother needs a new car, but I know that they will probably treat me the same. Buying a new car should be a great experience and business done by people who you can trust. This is my first Ford vehicle, and I love my new Bronco. Moving forward, I may need to try another ford dealership. I hope the owner could read this to try and improve his business. More
