They are great, that is the reason that I have purchased from them 5 or 6 times before. I stopped in last Wednesday, test drove a couple, told them what I was looking for and would come back on Saturday. I from them 5 or 6 times before. I got there Saturday at 9:00AM, test drove a couple more and ended up driving off about an 1 - 1 1/2 hours later with my new truck. Once I told them what I was looking for, Michelle, my sales person started looking around the lot. She is a great sales person and I fully recommend that you go see her (tell her I referred you, LOL). She is great and the finance person, Antonio, is great as well. In fact, the entire Team did great, a couple of them even went for test drives with me and when I had questions, were able to successfully answer them on the spot. Great job Paul Thigpen Ford of Waynesboro, we will buy from you again. More

I would like to state my review is about trying to do an internet purchase. I have not been to the actual dealership, so I can not comment on that aspect. I have been looking at a car they have had for internet purchase. I have not been to the actual dealership, so I can not comment on that aspect. I have been looking at a car they have had for 2 months. I made them a fair offer then, but they rejected it. Every week I watched the price come down until it got to the price I offered them back then. I have been in contact with, what is apparently a new sales rep with no actual experience in doing internet sales. I contacted them Monday and the car was still available so I put in a credit app. She told me the manager said I was good to go on the end. I had always inquired about the car have both fobs because all Ford CPO cars are supposed to come with both, this is per FORD! They told me it only had one and I would have to buy the other one. Ok, I guess I will take that up with Ford after the purchase. I contacted my salesperson numerous times via email and text to see what was happening as I have not heard back after that last communication the loan. Several emails to her went unanswered. One text was answered and was told she was busy and would get back to me. I sent an email to the dealerships general email box to have a manager contact me. NOTHING! This dealership (and the sales rep) has terrible followup and follow through. The sales rep has no business handling internet sales request and it appears management is not much better. If you are looking to buy on the internet, I would recommend that you stay far away from this dealership. I have purchased over 10 cars on the internet over the last 25 years and this Paul Thigpen Ford has to be the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It is 2 days later and I still have not heard from anyone at the dealership after numerous attempts to get someone to contact me. More

Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was super helpful and went out of their way to make our deal happen. Taylor started out with us on the phone and pretty much had the deal done before we came helpful and went out of their way to make our deal happen. She was with another customer when we got to the dealership so TJ took over and everything continued to go just as smooth. Best car buying experience! !! It’s almost 3.5 hours from where I live, but I’m a customer for life. Taylor was amazing. It was like buying a car from a good friend. She was p !! It’s almost 3.5 hours from where I live, but I’m a customer for life. Taylor was amazing. It was like buying a car from a good friend. She was professional and personable in the best blend. She remained in constant contact and made sure I was aware of every step. I was very anxious about driving so far to purchase a car, but it was such a pleasant experience I would hands down do it again in a heartbeat! The entire environment was laid back and happy. Not only was my vehicle pulled right to the front and ready to go, but everyone made a point to offer congratulations on our new car. The vehicle, documentation, and pricing were exactly as we had discussed. Such a vibe! My daughter is on the spectrum, not only was this far out of her comfort zone in terms of surroundings but people. Taylor did not even bat an eye to accommodate me checking in with her and allowing her to have her space. The process from start to finish was relatively smooth and quick. 10 out of 10 recommend.
