I am appalled with my experience at this dealership. The sales manager was extremely rude and deceiving. We were given a price for a vehicle and when we agreed on it, we gave our personal information to The sales manager was extremely rude and deceiving. They said it had packages and they had to up the price. This was never mentioned before. when I got a hold of her, she denied our information even being in their system. I literally sent her screenshots and she kept denying it. I’ve never been in a more uncomfortable situation and by reading some of these other reviews I’m glad we didn’t end up purchasing from Payne! The salesman and manager even said they had no idea they had this car coming in. We have excellent credit so they assured us everything would be smooth and problem free. After already signing off on a loan and having a purchase order from the dealership, we were on the last step of purchase when they told us they had sold it several days ago. Extremely shady business. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. More
