Came in because my windshield wipers on my f150 wouldn’t turn off and an oil change. Employee said he didn’t know if they could fix the wipers in a day. I said ok just let me know. He said he would. Then ca turn off and an oil change. Employee said he didn’t know if they could fix the wipers in a day. I said ok just let me know. He said he would. Then called back an hour later and said my car was ready. When inquired about the wipers he said I told him not to fix them. The guy who’s been driving for 48hrs with his wipers constantly on said no thanks… It wasn’t only poor communication but also just complete fabrication. I’ll just fix my wipers myself. Service advisors are great to work with. Just wish you were like the Lincoln Dealership that vacuum the fool . You pay good money for the service at least you could do is vacuum the car.
