I got the pleasure of working with LALO. Even though he is extremely hyper and talks really quickly, he knew his cars well. The only negative I have about this place, is while I was sitting at Lalos desk, a manager called for a sales meeting, and then proceeded to whistle at them like dogs!! You could see the distain on the employees faces as they walked up. Then while sitting there, who ever the manager was, was very condescending to the salesmen. Paul O'Farrell makes car buying so easy. He was able to give us all information we desired over the phone (price, inventory, financing info), and did not pester us by calling us repeatedly. He knew that, if we decided to buy, we would call him. Once we called him 2 weeks later and let him know we would be coming down, he had a car set aside for us. The impressive thing about Paul is that what he tells us on the phone is exactly what the real deal is when we arrive. This is the second vehicle in 1 1/2 years we have bought from Paul. There are several Kia dealerships between our home and Littleton, but Paul's integrity is worth the drive. More
