I emailed Peak-Kia regarding a used Cheverolet truck I saw on line, I was expecting the same runaround I usually get like "sorry that truck is gone but we have others just like it" then they try & sell me saw on line, I was expecting the same runaround I usually get like "sorry that truck is gone but we have others just like it" then they try & sell me sonething I can't afford. Joshua emailed me back explained the truck was still available I went down & met with him to test drive the truck. Joshua was great no used car salesman garbage, I was honest & up front about everything. Peak Kia & Joshua worked with me on my trade in & we were able to close the deal. Unlike several other new car salespersons, Paul actually listened to exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle lease and presented several options for my choosing. Paul was completely upfront with every option I was considering and knew exactly what my downpayment and monthly payments were going to be even before making a definitive decision. Something that really took me by surprise was how friendly and easy Peak Kia and Paul were to work with. After the closing on my house was delayed for almost a month after making a verbal agreement with Paul, Peak Kia and Paul still honored our original agreement; which led to them even holding the vehicle I had picked out for almost a month before I was able to purchase the vehicle... I was very impressed! I would highly recommend Peak Kia to anyone even considering purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Could not ask for better treatment from a car dealership. Plus their customer waiting area is by far the neatest lounge I have ever come across with free food, drinks and a weight room to utilize while you are waiting! I walked into this Peak Kia today after not receiving a call back from another sales associate. The very nice receptionist got me and Matthew Sandoval together and the rest of my experience was great. Mat call back from another sales associate.
