Sean Simpson was the best car sales person we've encountered. He was up front with expenses and said he would do anything to help us get the vehicle we want at the price we could afford. We were very impressed with Sean, and would definitely ask for him again. We had only one complaint--we were not happy with the treatment from the finance area. We waited an extended amount of time, and the customer service provided by the finance representative left something to be desired. We decided to decline the extended warranty presented, which in turn, changed the attitude of the finance officer. Our perception was once we said no, she wanted us out of the office as soon as possible, and was quite rude from that point forward. The review we are submitting is high praise for Sean Simpson, and we will definitely go back to Peak for future purchases. More
This was the first time that I purchased a new vehicle by myself. My experience at Peak and my salesman, Matthew Sandavol, was a great experience. There was no "hard sell" at any time. Matthew was easy to talk to about what I was interested in and how much I was willing to spend etc. I have been on the purchasing side with my husband doing most of the purchasing and talking with salesmen many times in the past and really had acquired some negative perceptions of car salesmen in general. Peak Kia and Matthew Sandavol put all those negative perceptions to rest. I highly recommend this dealer and also Matthew Sandavol. Thanks to all of you for a great experience! More

We came to Peak Kia in Littleton because they were the only dealer in our extended area that had the vehicle we were looking for thru an on-line web search. We traveled more than 60 miles to get there, and because of unforseen circumstances, didn't get there until almost 8 p.m. Unfortunately, we couldn't test drive our first choice vehicle, but were able to test our other two choices. Our sales rep, Nick Wehrer, had obviously had a pretty bad day, and when we came in late, I'm sure it didn't add to his day. He was positive and helpful, and willing to work with us, and ended up getting the deal we wanted with our 3rd choice vehicle. Both my husband and I feel that we were treated very well and came away with a great vehicle. We will definitely be repeat customers of Peak Kia! More
I called Peak Kia regarding a vehicle listed on cars.com. Also, the fact that Peak Kia provided the Car Fax report there with the listing gave me confidence the vehicle was not materially misrepresented. I am from out of state and wanted to feel confident that I wouldn't be wasting some of my vacation to go on a wild goose chase. The price listed got my attention because it was very competitive relative to Blue Book and NADA. I soon learned that that was a bit of a teaser as the 'Internet Price' doesn't include the sales commission, but Paul was very upfront about that and with the commission the price was comparable to the books above. Paul looked at the vehicle and was upfront that it had minor damage (cracked windshield) and that he could adjust for that. I was planning my weekend in Denver and didn't want to waste a half day with a smarmy, insincere person telling me I'm his best bud and he's working the world's greatest deal for me today only on the best car ever produced. Quite to the contrary, Paul inspired confidence that he had nothing to hide; and that we could arrive at a reasonable price if I liked the vehicle. I think it says a lot that I felt I could plan car shopping from Albuquerque. The internet was key in that, but equally important was Paul's candor. I'm pleased to say I found Paul frank and easy to work with when I arrived. He pointed out another item or two he had noticed on the vehicle. Paul was very easy going and made the whole purchase much more relaxed than at most dealerships. I was pleased with Peak Kia's overall approach providing pictures, car fax, book prices, and all the information you could need to make up your mind how serious you were up front. Then Paul's style continued the low-key, respectful approach making purchasing a new vehicle fun like it ought to be. The next question asks me "What information do you wish you had before you walked into a car dealership" What I really appreciated about Peak Kia and Paul is that I had all of it: Pricing information, contact information, vehicle details, dealer reputation. Instead of feeling like you're walking into a trap, I just walked in to make a final decision on what I want. More

I had been shopping around for a new car for a couple of weeks and finally decided to go with a KIA model. I was dealing with three or four different salespersons online and even went to a KIA dealership i weeks and finally decided to go with a KIA model. I was dealing with three or four different salespersons online and even went to a KIA dealership in Thornton after being promised the $199 down $199/month deal. Once i got there, of course, they couldn't help me at all. The next day i had an email from Chris Neira at Peak KIA. He had already received an approval for me on a 2011 KIA Soul...which was exactly what i wanted. That night after work, I went to PEAK and was treated very kindly and professionally by Chris and even the finance staff. It was very impressive, especially after what i had been dealing with over the previous days from other dealerships. Chris is an exceptional salesman and made me feel like his top priority. I really do appreciate him going out of his way to make sure that my new car experience was one to be remembered. Let me say that I came in just to check a car out and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Shannon was not pushy in his sales tactics. Although I was highly interested at this point, I was concerned with the trade-in of my current vehicle and the amount of $ I would get for it. HOLY MOLY, he was able to keep my payments close to the same and we made a deal. Not only would I recommend Peak Kia, I will send everyone to Shannon Nicoletti.
