I test drove two Kias, the 2011 Optima and a 2012 Sorento. I asked Chris to give me a quote for each. Watch out for these guys. They don't readily identify their demo cars for the consumer and simply place a brand new car invoice in the window. The car we were going to buy had been "marked as sold"... Meaning the dealership had previously used it as a demo or employees drove it for some period of time or multiple other unknown uses. This car was priced as if it was brand new, no markdowns or anything. KIA obviously won't do their special financing on a used vehicle, which this turned out to be. That's when the red flags went up and we started questioning where the 3000 miles came from on the car. Watch the odometers and ask lots of questions if you're going to buy from these guys. More

Lalo Rincon is an excellent salesman. He didn't give us the run-around like most salesman/dealers do. He was able to close the deal immediately without haggling over the price of the vehicle. At Peak Kia, Matt Sandoval was our salesman and he was fantastic to work with. He was not the least bit pushy but he clearly wanted to sell us a car at a price we were comfortable with. He worked with us and his sales manager to get us the car we wanted at the price point we wanted to be at. I drove over an hour to test drive a Nissan Rogue at this dealership. Upon test driving we found numerous dents and scratches, the air conditioner did not function at all, and the visibility from the rear w dealership. However, I still liked the car and was willing to purchase. In discussing with Nick, these things happened: 1) I had brought in their advertised internet coupon of $500 off. They refused to accept this unless I backed down on my request for them to fix the AC (which is a pretty standard repair for a dealership hoping to sell a 2008 vehicle) 2) Nick refused to negotiate the price at all. He wouldnt budge on the sticker price and was very offensive in his tone and verbiage when I attempted to. 3) I asked him to suggest other vehicles they may have that are in a similar price range. He essentially blew me off and refused to offer other suggestions. 4) When I got up to leave, I assumed he may brighten up and act like a professional especially since he knew we drove a ways to get there. He didn't. He basically acted like he didnt want my business at all and was very condescending. I am not a stupid person. I do a lot of research on vehicles before I purchase and I am well informed of the process and my rights. I do not like being treated as if I was not important enough to work with. If anyone from Peak Kia reads this, Nick W cost you a sale. I am in the process of purchasing a brand new car (about 6k more than I was looking to spend at Peak originally) from a neighboring dealership. You lost 20k and a sale of a car that had been sitting on your lot for 85 days because of Nick's incompetence. More
My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle. We had not purchased a new car in ten years and we remembered how intimidating buying a new car was a few years ago. We remembered the high pressure and endless time spent at a dealership. Not so with Peak KIA. I must say Steve Bennett, our sales consultant, was the most pleasant person to work with. Steve really took the time to show us several vehicles we might be interested in and he pointed out the features of the different vehicles. When I explained we were just looking and would be investigating other dealerships in the area Steve never once pressured us. We looked at several dealerships and what they could offer. We returned to Peak KIA and Steve made us an attractive offer. We accepted Steve's offer and purchase a 2012 Sorento SX. What a wonderful automobile. We next discussed financing and warranty information with Stephanie Marshall and she was also a terrific KIA representative to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to meet our needs by answering all of our questions. The following day I went in to the parts department, at Peak KIA, to purchase a few accessories for our Sorento and again, my experience was excellent. The person at the parts counter took the time to show me a few items for comparison and that really helped. Our experience at Peak KIA, in Littleton, was really fun and rewarding.
