Worst place to bring your vehicle! Brought my car in for air bag recall, ABS light was on when they brought it out, it had a check engine light on and the air bag light was on. When I Brought my car in for air bag recall, ABS light was on when they brought it out, it had a check engine light on and the air bag light was on. When I told them that they were not on before they proceeded to argue with me. Talk to owner showed I was knowledgeable about cars, and caught service provider in a lie, owner threatened either we look at it again and if can't fix it you leave hating me or you leave hating me and never come back. Never fix anything still lied saying the lights were on. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE EVEN FOR A RECALL THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY More

Trying to buy a 2022 Jeep Cherokee, limited, 4 x 4 Got sent a 2023 jeep Cherokee altitude lux and was told that they could take money off of that bait and switch not what I wanted. Then the sales person w sent a 2023 jeep Cherokee altitude lux and was told that they could take money off of that bait and switch not what I wanted. Then the sales person went silent. Then I was told they’re not sold anymore so they’re more valued. I can go on but I bought so many vehicles there when it was the Lessord I enjoyed it.Now not so much! Maybe time to move on. To a different dealership. These vehicles have been sitting for almost 1 yr and Peak can’t seem to get us one. But we have found them from Syracuse to PA. Why cant we buy local. Why don't Peak have vehicles on their lot?? More

Excellent service I recently had Peake take care of recalls on 2 of my Dodge vehicles. This was after having my local Dodge dealer give me a run around for several week I recently had Peake take care of recalls on 2 of my Dodge vehicles. This was after having my local Dodge dealer give me a run around for several weeks on airbags. They got me in right away, and within a week both recalls were done. The service people are friendly and very helpful. When I need to buy a new truck, I will be looking at trucks here. More

AMAZING Prices & Accommodating Staff I had been shopping around for a few weeks, but Peake's pricing beat out all other dealerships. Upon arrival, Michelle was extremely friendly, not pus I had been shopping around for a few weeks, but Peake's pricing beat out all other dealerships. Upon arrival, Michelle was extremely friendly, not pushy at all & was willing to work with me based on my needs and availability. The Sales Manager was even willing to show me the receipt for the car they had bought from Chrysler - and the subsequent bottom line he was offering it to me for. Dawn followed up with me, communicated via text because it was easier to me and did not bombard me with calls. Michael sat down with me to go through the features of the vehicle in detail, and was extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend Peake to anyone in the market for a new vehicle - they can't be beat! More
