As the service manager he did not follow through or make sure his staff followed through with what needed to be done/happen. I have waited two weeks for a call back about a part that was supposed to have be sure his staff followed through with what needed to be done/happen. I have waited two weeks for a call back about a part that was supposed to have been ordered. I had to follow up about it and no one, including Blaine could verify if the part was even ordered. Was told to come back this Thursday with no particular time given. Called to find out with Blain in the background telling the person I was speaking to with attitude ' She was told 8am'. This is why we left Taylor CPD! More
