Called to schedule an oil change got me in the same day. When I arrived Blayne greeted me with a smile and got me all taken care of I had a tear in my back seat he called and had it repaired same day. Overall, it was pretty good for a simple oil change and tire rotation. However, my wait was over two hours. I knew my vehicle was done for at least 20 minutes and when I finally talk to somebody, they said tire rotation. However, my wait was over two hours. I knew my vehicle was done for at least 20 minutes and when I finally talk to somebody, they said that the computers were down and they couldn't print an invoice. Then he realized my oil change was supposed to be free. It was kind of an unfortunate error. More
