Did me a solid on the sale of the vehicle itself when I was in a pinch. Jake was great. Tire pressure light came on during test drive (not a big deal, but should certainly be addressed). While doing paperwork, service said they recalibrated the sensors and the light is off. When I left the dealership, my tire pressure sensor light came back on, so I called and was assured it would be fixed. Made an appointment to come back (live an hour away), and when I entered the excuses of why they weren't gonna fix it started almost immediately (did you put new tires on?, you have a baby monitor plugged into cigarette lighter, etc.) Told me to go to a different dealership to get it fixed. Not sure why I'm surprised, I already signed the paper work, so there's no financial benefit to satisfying me. More

I Called to talk to them about what was going on with jeep. They told me what was going on and the parts that need to be replaced. Was never informed that vehicle was ready to be picked up said they sent a text never received one I had to call to find out. And when I picked up the vehicle and paid my bill the price that I was told did not match the price that I was paying found out that was because it was not with labor included when talked about over the phone said it was approved through text message it was not.
