I took my vehicle in to get detailed and the did not detail it correctly. The day I dropped it off they didn't clean it nor did they call me to let me know if it was done. I called them the next morning detail it correctly. The day I dropped it off they didn't clean it nor did they call me to let me know if it was done. I called them the next morning inquiring about my vehicle, and they told me they would call me back so I decided to just drive out there and when I got there they told me the car was ready once I pulled off and got to the gas station that's when I noticed they just wiped the car down and it was a whole bunch of dirt steel left on the top of the car the tailgate the bottom of the car the little rust job I was very disappointed More

Havnt had the car 6 months and the siding blew off because it's held together by sticky tape. Was told not covered under warranty, the car is brand new 2026 Durango that cost me 50 thousand and we can because it's held together by sticky tape.
