Did me a solid on the sale of the vehicle itself when I was in a pinch. Jake was great. Tire pressure light came on during test drive (not a big deal, but should certainly be addressed). When I left the dealership, my tire pressure sensor light came back on, so I called and was assured it would be fixed. Made an appointment to come back (live an hour away), and when I entered the excuses of why they weren't gonna fix it started almost immediately (did you put new tires on?, you have a baby monitor plugged into cigarette lighter, etc.) Told me to go to a different dealership to get it fixed. Not sure why I'm surprised, I already signed the paper work, so there's no financial benefit to satisfying me. More
