Called and made appointment with Chris. Told him what I needed done and checked. Had my son drop off car with everything written down. I verbally and wrote down tire rotation. Note on ticket said tech visually looked and didn't see anything. I can clearly see visually wheel is more negative. I also confirmed by measuring it. Picked up car and tire rotation was not done. They did same thing with my last car they serviced. Going to use a different dealer at this point More
