Issues were missed that continue to be a problem. Repairs were scheduled and made after initial oil change. Vehicle was given back with same growl. Rescheduled for another repair and vehicle is not safe to drive all of a sudden. Waiting on warranty to approve parts for 3 days. We’re down a vehicle which makes it impossible for both of us to work. No loaner offered when this should’ve been fixed during the last visit. No communication for updates. Was originally told it would be ready today but still not approved and still be at least 2 more days of it gets approved today. More
