Sorry that we could not figure out the problem right away. Extra Diag time may be necessary if we need to start taking things apart or if it takes more time to find an issue. Some issues are internal which take a lot more time to find If we find that this is needed then Diag time would have to go up which cost money. We dont want this to happen but when it does we talk to our customer right away to make sure it is ok before we continue.
