I have been doing business with Pearson Ford for a long time now and firmly beleieve that the service dept determines whether or not I purchase from the same dealer again. Bill Haygood and Scott Krouse have always serviced my vehicles and they are exceptional, never pushy,but always advising me on what my vehicle needs. They always look me in the eye when they are talking to me and I never get the feeling I'm being sold something I dont' need. Great experience from first online contact to in-person at dealership. Mike wasn't immediately available but Randy took care of us with some test drives like we were his customer until Mike freed up. Latest purchase at Pearson was a 2010 Escape. I have bought several vehicles, new and used, from them over the last 20 years. I always go their first and have a preference to work with Mack Marsh.
