This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so I was relieved to have been treated with respect and care despite the fact that I knew nothing about cars or the car-buying process. Terronce took the time to answer all of my questions (and my dad's questions), and he didn't even bat an eye when I had to slam on the breaks during the test drive because of a poor driver (sorry about that).
