Service rep Zach was great as always. I now have an intermittent rattle on the steering column which was not there before. I am guessing it is related to resetting the service required wa I now have an intermittent rattle on the steering column which was not there before. I am guessing it is related to resetting the service required warning switch? Sounds like a loose screw rattling on the plastic cover. Also when they checked the spare wheel tire pressure in the trunk, they did not put back the floor covers correctly and bent it. Just careless stuff but really annoying. Of course did not realize any of this while still at the dealership.. I have submitted a survey previously about this service but you still sent this text and no one has acknowledged my issue either.. More

I no longer use Nissan in lessburg. Went in 3 times and each time my water to my windshield was never fixed and it was under warranty. I will use Ocala Nissan.
