Sales man were great, Christiana Rosario was great, very disappointed with the detailer they left a razer on the hood of my car, my back seats had white stuff all over them, and very disappointed with the m disappointed with the detailer they left a razer on the hood of my car, my back seats had white stuff all over them, and very disappointed with the mechanics my car which I purchased on the 11th of this month todays currently the 23 of the same month my check engine light came on and I had my dad whose a ford mechanic check the problem with his code reader it said bank 1 co2 sensor was bad I told them that the first appointment i went to to get it fixed I waited two hours then for me to not even make it home before the check engine light came back on, I called and told them prior to me showing up for my appointment a day later that I’m pretty sure the part would need to be ordered and that yet again it was the bank 1 co2 sensor. I showed up for my appointment today and two of Pearson of Nissan workers located in Ocala flordia where shocked to see me back the day after and agreed that it was ridiculous, after waiting two hours again a sales man saw me waiting in the lounge and asked me if I was here the other day and I said yes and explained to him the situation and he agreed that it was also ridiculous since I’ve only owned the car for two week and it’s a 2018 Nissan Sentra sv and I’m having to deal with the same problem that I was just there for the day prior he told me to hold on and he was gonna make a call thankfully he did because less than 10 minutes later I was told that my co2 sensor was broken and needed to be replaced & that I have to show up again when the part gets delivered. I live 45 minutes away and for me to have to take three trips to Ocala for the same problem is ridiculous I feel as if my business with Pearson of Nissan isn’t appreciated. Definitely not what I expected when going to a major car sales place maybe from a buy here pay here place but not Pearson of nissan but like I said before the sales men were absolutely great and Christina Rosario was also absolutely great. More
