Horrible service. they have lied to us so much.said they've fixed things when they didn't.couldnt give us a receipt on what they did or didn't fix.the receptionists are they have lied to us so much.said they've fixed things when they didn't.couldnt give us a receipt on what they did or didn't fix.the receptionists are very rude also.communication is non-existent.service manager doesn't care at all and just feeds you lies and gives the run around.horrible experience all around.will never buy another vehicle with Pearson Nissan of Ocala ever.trading this vehicle with another dealer asap....
