Completely misdiagnosed issue. Purchase my own code reader and found it to be something completely different from what you all said. Told me it was the EGR valve and Throttle body Purchase my own code reader and found it to be something completely different from what you all said. Told me it was the EGR valve and Throttle body and it was only the mass airflow sensor\meter. Very disappointed that you can be completely dishonest. Now if I would have paid for it and still have issues with the car and missed time from work to come back and get it looked at for another service fee and more parts. Would you honestly refund me the money for the parts that didn't fix it originally. Thanks but no thanks. Good luck More

Evan Couch was my main sales contact at the dealership. He is a very nice, straightforward person whom I felt I could trust and was the reason I decided to work with Pearson Nissan. Also Kade, Big Mike, and Jim Spaulding were very courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. I also met Damon who works in the back and is a great young man that Pearson should think about promoting. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely an asset to the dealership.
