I had the car I recently bought towed to the facility because-of a possible immobilizer problem (which 2 lock smiths said they did not think was the problem)I was under the impression there was a prior because-of a possible immobilizer problem (which 2 lock smiths said they did not think was the problem)I was under the impression there was a prior quote given it was going to be 347 for a new key, then found out when the work was done it was 780 and car was running rough and needed a new alternator , batteries and terminals after spending 2000 plus I picked up the car several days later and it was dirty inside and out , you would have thought I could have gotten at least a courtesy wash. There was not mention of the air not working, and I drove it an hour home, It was so hot my phone turned off From the point of drop off It was extremely difficult to get any advisors to call back with updates as I really needed the car by Friday and one called and said my car was ready but it was the wrong car Not a good experience ! More

No one answered the phone. There was a recording each tine and I have not received a callback. Neither was Service or Parts Department answering the phone!!!. Mr. Pearson, extend your dealership!!
