I truly despise purchasing vehicles, however, I will say our most recent transaction with Clayton and Nissan was a joy! Clayton was professional, truly pleasant and was looking to meet OUR needs. He wasn't pushing a vehicle on the lot for their convenience instead he made sure he presented the vehicles that suited US. The Sales Manager was pleasant and assisted as necessary demonstrating interest in Clayton and his customers. Paperwork was much less intimidating with personable, friendly finance staff. He responded to our questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner. We didn't have to spend all day there. Vehicle was nicely detailed, reception desk was welcoming and helpful. Store was nice and clean. Overall, the best experience we've ever had! Thank you to ALL! More

I was charged $3000 for options I was not told abroad wanted nor wanted. After hours sale and everyone was rushing. The agent doing closeout was retiring that day. Very unfair. He is a fast talker and very pushy. He talked me into leasing a vehicle. I had a new 2023 vehicle, i had only 3 month and It was paid off. They only gave me half of what what it was w He talked me into leasing a vehicle. I had a new 2023 vehicle, i had only 3 month and It was paid off. They only gave me half of what what it was worth. I really didn't have time to think about what was happening when I did the deal. When I got home and went over the paperwork I realized how stupid I was, who in their right mind would give up a 2023 car that was fully paid for for a 2024 car that I have to pay 200. a month for for 3 years and then another 18,000. at the end of the lease. That is taking advantage of a elderly woman by fast talking. I am sure that they are making thousands of dollars on this deal while I lost and still paying thousands, I never have done a lease. but if I had it to do all over again I certainly would not trade in my paid off new car for a lease, I have done other deals with Clayton so I trusted him that this was good and this was not. More
