Vehicle went in for an emissions recall. Vanessa was my service advisor. She told me it would take about 4 hours or so to do this update. I waited there at the dealership. Since my day was Vanessa was my service advisor. She told me it would take about 4 hours or so to do this update. I waited there at the dealership. Since my day was shot, I asked if was possible to get a wheel alignment done, which she said they would do it. The recall part went with no issues except the long wait. The issue I have is with the alignment. The technician that did the alignment never checked tire pressures for proper inflation before proceeding and my right front tire was 12 lbs under inflated, which means the alignment wasn't properly done and the results incorrect. I called the service department once I got back home and asked to speak with Vanessa but I was told she was with another customer and if I would like her voice mail. I left Vanessa a message regarding my concerns and asked for her to please give a call back, which she never did. Folks, please BEWARE ! If you bring your vehicle in for an alignment, you may wind up with an incorrect alignment done like was. More
