Bought a 2025 Nissan Rogue and currently having issues with it. Brought it to the dealership twice in one week. New vehicle for 2 weeks. Mid rear seat had a loose retainer. Tire pressure was not at acceptable pressure and needed adjustment. Car had grease on the seat belt retainer, front seat, and there was a towel on the floor with grease foot prints on it. It was brought to the attention of the service manager. He was embarrassed and would follow up with the individual responsible . More

I bought the car for Pearson, so since as I have an extended warranty I took it in. I assume since the claim was denied by the insurance, what ever was taken about was poorly if put back in place. The diagnostic which I paid full price for was not thorough only issue on there was what I verbally explained. I am not impressed and will never recommend it to anyone. More
