Everyone was nice and the service was great but the cost of labor to the price of the part was ridiculous. I walked in for an oil change and was seen immediately by the intake person. Then Bill came out, greeted me, and invited me to pop the hood and do a quick review of the car with him. He quickly discussed con the intake person. Then Bill came out, greeted me, and invited me to pop the hood and do a quick review of the car with him. He quickly discussed contents/fluids under the hood, the tires, etc. and made suggestions of care and maintenance along the way. After that my car was taken to be serviced. I also got to speak with Bill who helped me look at different models of cars on the lot and did some numbers with me to give me the best estimates based on my budget. My vehicle was serviced in less time than expected and washed upon return. I always come to Ocala Nissan to service my car and get great service, but this visit was one of the most impressive. Everyone is always thorough, friendly, and offering suggestions and advice that meet my needs. I've never been up charged on services and was even given the opportunity to start a payment plan if needed. Thank you Bill and Sam for going above and beyond! I highly recommend Ocala Nissan! More
