Everything went as expected; I really liked the text message with the entire inspection report and they gave me an option to approve or deny other services without the hassle of a phone call. However, the only thing that we didn’t like was that my car was overnight with no updates (the services that were being done didn’t require overnight stay) since that inspection report was sent back to them via text within minutes of them sending to me and no updates on completion later that afternoon. It was just a little frustrating to not receive another text stating my car was completed nor a phone call to state completion. The following day after I dropped off my car, we had to call several times to make sure it was completed and ensure we could come get it. We understand they are busy. Otherwise, the staff and our service department advisor, Vanessa, we’re thorough and verified the services that I needed done. I was pleased with the dealership. Thanks again! More
