Oil change/ tire rotation I have been pleased for most of my basic service calls...however...my last service, my windshield wiper fluid was not filled?!?...and how convenient?? Excellence in Customer Service My Service Rep., Isaac V. was fabulous. He made sure I got in when I needed to and took great care in making sure he got all the particulars correct a My Service Rep., Isaac V. was fabulous. He made sure I got in when I needed to and took great care in making sure he got all the particulars correct as to the nature of my problem. In doing so the service department was able to correct my problem as well letting me know that certain filters needed changing. Because of this we scheduled my wife's vehicle for routine maintenance, a recall and an oil change for this coming weekend. More
