I have gotten my oil changed at the dealership multiple times before and in addition to the oil change it has always included a car wash. I didn't get my car washed at all. I don't need to come to the deal times before and in addition to the oil change it has always included a car wash. I didn't get my car washed at all. I don't need to come to the dealership for a simple oil change and spend almost 60$ I can do it myself for less than half that or go somewhere else. It's the little things that matter. In addition I felt that the staff overall was less friendly. Not rude but less talkative and definitely bored. More
